I am a professor in the Department of Physics & Astronomy at Western University and a member of the Western Meteor Physics Group. My research is on the small bodies of the solar system — meteoroids, comets, asteroids and the meteorites and fireballs they produce.
I completed my PhD at Western in 1999, spent a year as a Director-sponsored post-doctoral fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and joined the Western faculty in 2000. I have held a Canada Research Chair (Tier I) in planetary science, and previously Tier I and Tier II chairs in planetary small bodies and meteor science.
